The address for the Sleep Inn in Pelham: 200 Southgaate Dr. Pelham, Al. 35124 Choice Directory No. (AL002) The rate I got was $67.99. I don't have the phone number right now but I'm sure you can get it on the net. There are many others I'm just not familar with them, maybe somebody from B'ham will post. | Aug. 11, 2009 Lefty Men's 75 721 posts | JohnBob there is not to many motels close to the ball parks but the area we stay at most of the time is on Hwy. 280 south. I just got a room at the Best Western on 4627 Hwy. 280 S. for $66.49 before taxes. Phone No. 205-991-9977. |

The nearest exit to the Liberty P'way exit is U.S. Hyw. 280. There are about 8 to 10 motels on 280 near I-459. 280 is about 4 miles from Liberty P'way. However, the park is about 3 to 4 miles off of I-459. |

| Aug. 14, 2009 M2` Men's 50 11 posts | I booked a room through www.priceline.com for the Hilton, 8 Perimeter Road, about 5 miles from Liberty Park for $44 and night. The room is usually $99 per night according to the Hilton website. You must select 3 star rating in zone 4 of Birmingham. E-mail me at myerslm@windstream.net if you need help. Total cost for 2 nights $109.12. I hope this message doesn't get me into a lawsuit or something... |
