| Sept. 22, 2009 JimS Men's 60 12 posts | Northern Illinois Clubs and Leagues Huntley Area The Carl Tomaso Sports Park in Huntley, Illinois is another place for more quality recreational Senior Softball. The park is located on Ackman Rd west of Rt 47. Every Monday and Wednesday morning, from the 1st week of May thru the 1st week of November, batting practice starts at 9:00AM and 1 or 2 ten inning games start at 10:00AM depending on how many players are in attendance. Pitching screens are used and all bats are allowed. Batters start with an 0 and 1 count and teams can score 4 runs per inning with the last inning open. The per player cost is $30 for Huntley residents and $45 for out of towners payable to the Huntley Park District.
