| March 1, 2010 armiho211 Men's 70 449 posts | larry- there was a parting of the team, we had 4-5 bonafide major plus 65's on the team, the team manager wanted to return to AAA instead of major plus. hence the split. BUD O. is still with the AAA team. jim was going to try to assemble another 65 major plus team for this year, but things did not work out, but i dont believe things are dead yet, maybe later on in the year something might happen. meanwhile i decided to go play with the dallas spurs 60's for this year. i think mike oxford's new team will be called TEXAS 60'S, and play major. larry, i am glad you found a team, and you know most of the guys already, they are a great bunch of guys. good luck to you, i am sure we will play your team this year, i will be against the fence waiting for your shots ! |
