Very tough team, solid at every position on offense and defense, 2 very good pitchers sounds like a major plus team. | May 17, 2010 FOFO Men's 60 284 posts | Played in the tournament with After Party and agree that Fangrabbers is an excellent team. Reminded me of the Trim Fit team I played against when I played for Kinkos/Tri City when I lived in Phoenix except they hit the ball farther. Excellent pitching, defense and hitting. We played them on Saturday when HR's were singles and they put a good old fashioned beat down on us. My neck is still sore from watching balls fly out the yard. If this is a gauge of what it will take to win in the Major Division, we have our work cut out for us. Well run tournament and we had a Great time. Great Job Mike and thanks. | May 19, 2010 olie04 Men's 50 48 posts | Just a few words about Vegas this past weekend. I am still amazed at the quality of teams in the Major division. This is surpassed only by the true gentlemen of the game at this level. Where did all the whinning, machismo, chest thumping and umpire bashing go that was, and is so prevalent in young mans softball. It is a breath of fresh air in senior ball knowing that part of the game is long gone. | May 19, 2010 DoubleL10 Men's 70 907 posts | Ollie, I think you will find good sportsmanship and genuine pleasure in being able to still play this kid's game the predominant thread throughout the Senior program. Those in my age group (60+) are even happier to still enjoy rekindling the friendships and camaraderie amongst the Senior community at the various venues in which we play. |

You're a fabulous guy, teammate and a monster with a bat. You managed to beat Steve Imlay in a home run hitting contest. Maybe next year I can get the guys to see the wisdom of playing against some of the best teams in the country early in the schedule to see where we stand rather than waiting until Dalton.
