Does anyone know the bracket seeding for 50+ majors?

Did anyone on your team, specifically the Manager, think to make arrangements with the Tournament Director to cover this question? ... Like maybe asking for his phone number, or more logically, having some stay around for a bit to see the seedings as posted on the Bracket Board ... If not, it would be an excellent idea to be ready to play at 8:00 AM in case you are one of the four (out of seven) teams playing at that time ... I'm on a couple of days recovery time away from the office and have no data to help you ... Best advice: Be there at 8:00 AM to either play or scout the potential opposition at 9:30 AM ...

or maybe they could just update the bracket on this website? Seems easy enough.

Stay around for a "BIT" longer, what an idea. When your last game is over at 3:00 and other teams don't even start their last game until 6:00, this is a little more then a bit.

I asked the Field Director what we should do to find out when we were playing Saturday since we were done at 3pm & the games wouldn't be completed until 6pm. He said to leave him our number & he would call us. Needless to say, there was no phone call. Pathetic service for our $475 entry fee not to mention it would have taken 15 minutes for them to just update the web site.
Very disappointing & complete lack of common courtesy.

As a Field Director, there's enough going on that the easiest and best method is to give my cell phone number, and an estimate of the time to call, to any Manager who requests it ... I do this every tournament ... Putting the burden of calling on the team avoids me trying, but failing, to make contact with a team for any number of valid reasons ... The most common in my experience has been the Manager not answering the phone because the restaurant (or bar) was too loud! ... DCPete: I'm the only one who posts web-site tournament data, and this weekend I'm with my entire family on a mini-vacation 3,000+ miles from the ACC tournament and 150 miles from the SSUSA office ... This may not be a very popular position, but the responsibility to find out when your team plays in the bracket is solely on the team ... There is (was) only one game time slot difference in your bracket start today ... Being ready to play at 8:00 AM was the smart move ...

Dave, I think you and your staff do a great job and do not disagree with what you say at all. However, if a team does take positive action to determine their schedule, talks to the tourney director, provides their contact info and is told that they will be contacted, then that should happen. I agree the best way is for the director to give out his number for the team managers to contact, but my understanding is that's not what happened here. The director could have easily said, here is my number, it would be better for you to call me. I also appreciate that you update the web-site data but would certainly think in this world of email and web-sites we live in, that this would and should be normal procedure and would certainly make the communication of schedules easily accessible to all. If you happen to read this tonight and have contact info for the tourney director, it would definitely be appreciated as they are calling for a lot of rain tonight. I hope you have a nice vacation.

Well organized teams don't EVER have these problems. Unorganized teams blame others for their failings. If I don't know what time to be at a game it's MY responsibilty to find out, Not The T-Director, Nor the manager, Not Obahma and not my mailman! Stop whining!

I'm sorry mom, I will take responsibility for my own actions and if Johnny jumps off a cliff, I won't do it too.

doubleplay6, you sound like an idiot.
pitcherman says he did everything he was supposed to do. you must play for a losing team and are angry about it.
it's okay, we need losers in softball.

Wagon, Not very nice. I am sure he is not an idiot sounds like a very insecure statement to me. I am not a rocket scientist but I do agree with doublePlay6 and I am not an idiot. Have you all beaten the IMSDogs this year. Have A nice day. Thanks Harry

birde, My point was that pitcherman pointed out the he (the team) did everything they were supposed to do. talked to the director and gave phone numbers. Doulbeplay6 and you (per your response) didn't get that. I should have not used "idiot" for that I am sorry. It almost seems that DB6 has an issue with our team. Maybe someone that got released?
As far as IMS, we have been lucky a number of times this year and beat them.
You know how that goes, on any given day all the top teams can beat each other.

Wagon, I understand your point. It is all good. I would not have mention the DOGS if I had known that you guys had beaten them. Now I will go and eat crow.

Greg, I am a rocket scientist but do not like to spread that around. I like to have people think of me as a paperboy. Thanks Harry
