Boombah bats and Bass Bats
Would someone share some info on the Boombah senior bat and the Bass Senior bat? Do they come both balanced and endloaded? Do they swing, feel like the UII or the Combat? Is the distance comparable to the UII and Combat? Are they durable? Considering getting one of the above for batting practice but would like it to swing, feel close to the Combat I use in the games. The Boombah is around $100. Don't know about the Bass.
Thanks

Have never seen a Bass bat that I know of and only one Boombah over the years. Must be primarily eastern bats like some others.

The Bass USSSA bats I used were loaned to me by a league friend in OKC. The Pinky has a 3/4 oz end load and the Jeff Hall 1st Degree has a full ounce end load. I like the feel of the Pinky much better though, as a general rule, I don't swing end loads. I tend to break them too quickly. I would use the Pinky in my senior league (USSSA bats only) but I've already got a blue BJ Fulk bat and I'm not ready to buy another bat just for USSSA.

In looking at the Boombah site they still list the senior bat for 99.99. They may not have them but it is still on the site.

Thanks DoubleL10 for the info. May wait until next year to see the senior Bass bat.

I just got s 27 oz Boombah veteran for $99. Thought I couldnt go wrong for a batting practice bat. I think it is weighted like the Red Ultra II. I have may be 150 swings on it. It started out a log. But seems to be opening up every time I use it. It has a smaller sweetspot then the Ultras but is holding up well. Used it in 54 degrees last week here in Michigan and no damage.I well update you after a few more swings.

I think Michigan Vet means the Gates Veteran as Boonbah's bat is just called the Senior but he's right on with the Veteran, it just keeps getting better and they are now on ewBay!

Soory!!! I Have a Boombah Senior Bat, it is grey with a black Boombah Logo in sweetspot. It is not a GBA!!! It is a 27 oz and is $99 right now.

Dan, I am not going to Ft Meyers. My 50 team is going to TOC in february.

I do turn 60 next year and am looking for a 60+ tournament team to play on (also a new team for Tuesday & Thursday), I am tired of always being the old guy!

Yes I know. I have a red EL & the special edition Ultra IIs. This discussion is about the Boombah or Bass senior bats. I just use the Boombah for batting practice. You do not want to use the Mikens in batting practice (except the Legacy)!

Michigan Vet is correct but I might add that the Boombah is made by Combat. They stop making the Boombah Cannon BP1.21(hotter than the Grey Combat but not as durable), The Silver/Black 1.20 Boombah take a lots of swings to break in, As does the Legacy, The U2 Legacy(350 swings) it is staring to hit like the Black U2. Both are my BP bats. I prefer the grey Dabomb Combat for my money.

My Boombah was a log and cracked after about 100 swings. Called Boombah and they basicly told me "Too bad". getting my GBA Griday, can't wait!
