ISA/SSUSA Senior Nationals
Does anyone know the date and location of the 2011 ISA/SSUSA Senior Nationals? I've heard that it may be held in Florida in 2011.
Thanks and have a GREAT CHRISTMAS!

Bruce, you are correct, I believe the same time period,BUT in Coco beach.Guess thats, stops alot of us northern teams from attending.1st is was St Louis, which was great,Gallatin was nice.Very central located, now Fl, alot of teams have limited $$$ to travel, so this one is out for me. AGAIN it comes down to the mighty dollar that the ISA can get out of it

I have no idea. I emailed with Schepp a couple of weeks ago and Eddie had heard nothing. He thought something might kick up after the holidays, but neither of us are sure.

I received a flier from the ISA saying their Senior World is July 26-28 for the 65/70/75s and July 29-31 for the 50/55/60s. The tournament will be in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Since the Florida Half Century league has 86 - 50 and over teams and 84 - 60 and over teams I think it is smart to put your national tournament will you will get the most overall participation. Granted the teams from up north, mid-west and west will be at a disadvantage. Just business!

Well Pauly that pretty much crosses off ISA for 2011, but with the Northern Nationals goin to Dayton and the Midwest championships goin back to champaign we'll have plenty of tournaments here in the midwest to keep us busy....Do you still want me to mention your name to Bo or are you getting frisky and thinkin your able to play 50's again....good luck whatever you decide. Happy New Year

Smooth01, don't know if your the team contact person for your team, or if your team participated in the 2010 ISA Nationals in Gallatin, but I'm pretty sure that is how I, and others, were made aware of the location for the 2011 ISA Nationals.

I'm the coach for our team, and we played in Gallatin this past season, so Jerry Jackson sent me a flyer which contained the 2011 tournament info:

ISA is mistaken if they think they will draw alot of the Half Century teams to play in a national tournament. They will only draw the teams that always play. Most of the teams in the Half Century are happy to play their 4 games once a month and go home. I played in Florida for years and the pattern never changed. Same quality players and teams will show up.
