| Feb. 16, 2011 bogie Men's 55 117 posts | Nice free web drill program with video clips on hip/wrist torque for fp&slowpitch http://sportstechnique.web.officelive.com/FastPitchprogram.aspx If anyone had a girl in the family playing fastpitch or wanted to improve and drill their hip and wrist torque, i thought I'd share the link to our spring program. The only difference in the two swings (fp vs sp), is a much longer linear stride in slowpitch to help generate more power.
