Oct. 14, 2005 dillon 9 posts | eligibility & border states rule Hello everybody. I Have a couple of questions. I turn 50 in March 2006. I have heard that I am eligible to start playing in November, 2005. Is this true? Also, is the bordering states rule going to be continued in 2006? Thanks |

The bordering states rule should still be in effect in 2006. I think that Ca and Fl borders will be open also in 2006. |
