Best bat for 16" Chicago ball
If ideas what type of bat to use for 16 inch chicago ball. Playing in a tournament in two weeks. Told that heavy alloy bats are best but wanted to see what you guys think.

The Clincher? yes, I used to have a 16" league here locally back in the 70's.
Decent ball but does get soft after a bit given the size and all.
Given the new bats out there it is hard for be to give a recommendation of a bat to use since I haven't hit one of those for over 30 years.
Fun game and the OF can go w\o using a glove usually which makes it somewhat better and a challenge.
I had co-ed teams for that.

Back when, we were using 38's. Find an old alloy bat and have some fun.
