Rock n Reno 50+ Major predictions
From what I have heard without seeing any of the teams play this year, the top three should be
1) Roll w/ 2
2) Scrap Iron
3) SW Legends
What do you think?

Can anyone tell me how the teams in Reno did at SSUSA Worlds last year in Phoenix?

Not trying to stir it up..... Just trying to judge how the bracket looks against the rest of the major teams across the country.

Our 2010 MTC team was 2-4 in Phoenix last year.

How'd everyone else do in Phoenix?

Were any of the Reno teams playing late Sunday in Phoenix last year?

Kinda hard to predict when I don't even know how the field has faired in the past.

As far as norcal teams go..... Barons and MTC seem about equal.... Roll with 2?????

I got your backs, Joe and Tim. Barons and MTC will both end up in the top three.

Roll with 2 is the old Wilson Trophy team...solid.

This is done all in fun, as we all know it is determined on the field, not this board.

Good luck to everyone.

Four Seasons and Flatliners can be tough opponents and Spot won nearly every game last year in AAA. All three have significant personnel changes for 2011 and Reno will be their first real test. With temps in the low 60's, almost 20 degrees below the average highs for Reno this weekend, Northwest teams will not be sweating or freezing. CA and NV teams may need to learn about longjohns and down, not to mention the effect on bats and balls!

I like MTC the Barrons an MTC had a 30 to 27 game early this year with MTC winning a great game. Rapid Erectors are also very solid a very good defense an some good hitters. I think MTC can win this Tournament if they play with intensity. I love to see Joe get his Knuckle ball working against the Erectors an let his offense bang the rock. Good luck to all the teams should be some very competive games.

Tim -In the 50 Major Plus the Mavericks won Reno last year and also won Phoenix. Looks like 4 really good teams again this year.

You guys ought to win 50 Majors...Maybe one of these days I will play in a tourney I can see the old, and I mean old Pro-Team/Dan Smith guys.

Certain parts of me seem a lot older than 59. lol I asked my wife if she thought I had lost a step since my hip replacement. She said, "did you think you were fast before?"

Tim do you remember the turtle race in MN. I know I beat somebody, I just can't remember if it was Wes or not.

I think it was Wes...... But I am sure he will say he lost because he was laughing to hard to run when you came out in that spandex jump suit.
