July 6, 2011 hitman Men's 70 339 posts | NSA Senior Worlds Bats Permitted I thought I read on here that the Western NSA Worlds were already completed and permitted the use of Senior Bats. Also that some NSA leagues were permitting the use of Senior Bats. I just received info from the Alabama State Senior Director that the Eastern Worlds in Gadsden and Boaz in two weeks would NOT be permitted to use Senior Bats. Did I misinterept something or was I just wrong. He said he checked with the National Office and NO SENIOR BATS would be allowed in the Eastern Worlds or any other NSA events. The Hitman |

July 6, 2011 LP 317 posts | our team ( 60's aaa ) has played a couple of nsa tournaments here in texas and we used the mikens and other senior bats. but the ball the have us use isnt to good. i think nsa in texas wont last to long not just because of the ball but there is a few funny rules. |

July 7, 2011 TexasTransplant Men's 70 516 posts | I e-mailed the director of the NSA tournament in Gadsden about senior bats, citing the NSA tournaments in Texas where they had been used, and was told they would not be allowed in Gadsden. You still hit a round ball with a stick and run around the field chasing it, then go drink a beer with your friends. It's not the end of the world. |
