Wouldn't it be nice
I just was wondering why in today's internet world and online web pages
why we can't seem to get the Tournament directors and this site to be able
to post the results from all the tournaments played. I know ...I know
I am asking too much even though we are all paying good money to enter
these tournaments, I just thought it would be a kind gesture of those receiving these fees to give a little back.

I agree...we have played in just two tournies so far this year and have been bumped out early, it would have been nice to see how they finished up. I have a teamful of guys that would like to track who's doing what and there is just no info the "qualifiers". I know the results all have to be submitted to the home office, why can't they update the tournies with a results section

SPA does it with their tournaments..however if they list the scores and results on this site they are bumped off the site.

Ho ... We're reasonably confident SPA would have no objection to you posting the scores and results from your SPA tournament on the SPA Message Board.

SSUSA Staff, With all due respect, SPA USED to have a message board but it no longer exists or if it does I can no longer find it. I would love to be able to post SPA-pertinent questions there but, even when the board existed, they rarely got answered and, even more rarely, in a timely fashion.

They would only be posting scores. Is that promoting the association? Isn't there some gigantic thread about Dalton, GA (which I believe is SPA related) on here already? We, as players, play in several different associations, and it would be nice if there was one common place to see results and information about ALL senior softball. To be perfectly honest, we don't care about the association as much as we care about the venue where we play. This is the best message board and it's where I go to get most of my info (and entertainment!) about senior ball. Can't we all just get along?

Well at least the staff took the time to answer Ho question. I was just wondering if they had any comment to the original thread question?

Gentlemen,

The staff has missed the point on this thread started by Gelpas. The point and question was: Why does it take so much longer to post scores and results for this organization than the others? In this day and age, it just ain't that tough and we're reasonably confident they are the slowest.
