Bat Warmer material: There are two layers of black flannel backed vinyl with fiber foam insulation. The fron is 20 gague clear vinyl letting the sun in. It is stiched with haevy nylon binding tape and has velcro to hold the heat in around the neck of the bat. It is a professional operation although I have done it mostly as a convienience and not as a profit making operation. i first refused to carry one of those wooden box type warmers. This is much better. They are all over the southwest states ,3000 so far.

I manufacture and sell a batwarmer using wire and nycad battery packs. I am in the process of developing one that will heat up to 9 bats at a time. If anyone is interested. I can be contacted at jcbailey@gorge.net or check out my website at www.baileysinnovativeproducts.com
