Are California and Florida still Islands?
Saw they had their winter meetings and was wondering if anyone knows if California and Florida are still considered islands? Or can they use players from adjoining states like the rest of the country?
Thanks,

The 'Border Closure Rule' was repealed, effective immediately, at the SSUSA Convention Rules Committee meetings. CA and FL teams may now draw otherwise eligible players from bordering states.

Thanks for repealing this measure. Your efforts haven't gone unnoticed.
