Looking for a 50 Plus Major Team
I am looking forward to playing on a 50+ Major Team, I am 52, I am a gymrat, play outfield and live in the Tidewater Virginia area (Chesapeake.) Please advise if you are major team in the Virginia / Maryland / or Northern North Carolina area, (I am an outfielder, will play catcher if required.) I have experience playing senior ball against major teams, (I recently played in the Loudoun County Atlantic Coast Championship). Thank you for your time and consideration. If interestested please respond so I can provide additional information via email - BJgymrat10@aol.com. (Thanks again). BJ

BJ played with the South Florida Renegades this past weekend and did a good job for us. Here's what I posted about BJ a couple minutes ago in the general forum:

"As a reference, BJ hit 5 homeruns in 13 at bats this past weekend. Not a single one of them was a solo. In two of the games we played, we were trailing going into the bottom of the last inning. In both games, BJ came to the plate and kept us moving through the line-up by not making an out.

In the field, BJ played a pretty solid outfield. We don't keep track of errors we commit, but I can't recall BJ making any. On a field with tall, thick grass, BJ fielded everything clean and threw the ball to the correct base keeping the forceplay intact whenever possible.

Good luck BJ and we wish you the best. If we're at the same fields in the future please don't hesitate to let me know so we can talk.

How did he play on a Florida team and he lives in Va?
Just asking!

Because we're a Major+ team and we're allowed to have one player outside of Florida as long as they're east of the Mississippi.

I don't know Donnie. We won the Major+, ENR and Mid-Atlantic were playing in the finals of the Major winners bracket, and the Maryland Cougars and Phoenix Tube were in the finals of the AAA winners bracket.

Mr. Manassas,

Do you know if ENR beat Mid-Atlantic in the finals of the winners bracket?
