52 300 ball
This last weekend we used the 52 300 ball in the missouri senior games it was hit your own balls we used the evil ball, seen some dudleys, some rocks and the tattoo ball. When you hit the ball there is not much sound no crack, but the ball will fly if you hit it.teams were putting up runs with this ball about the same as last year when it was hit your own 44 375.so the performance of the ball was very good.
The downside was the ball is to bouncy seemed like the second or third bounce it would fly up at you.all of our infielders thought the ball was more dangerous then the trump 44 375 that we normally use in tournaments.

wagon, that ball is NOT affected by temps, like all the 40,44's are...this ball varies less than 10% with hi temp.....please check with tattooball as he is the designer of this ball.....
rik we use the same ball except it is an ASA(52-300 ASA)ball....and we have no prol hitting it,also we are hitting it out of the park(300' fences)

should have added it was around 90 degrees, seemed to perform well in the heat.

Only explanation is that the different brands/models of these 52/300 balls must vary quite a bit in their performance & heat resistance. The Trump Stote 52/275 that Wagon is referring to is absolutely horrible whenever it's over about 80 degrees and says right on the box not to store them in your trunk because they are HEAT SENSITIVE.
(on the flip side these balls might actually be better than the 44/375s when it's below 50 degrees and they can sail thru the cold, dense air a little better)

I play league at Rainbow Softball complex where the Missouri Senior Games were played last weekend. In league play I have not noticed the big/strange hops we got during the Missouri Senior Games. And my team has used every brand of Softballs in league. During league play we can only use ASA bats. So, were the Miken bats causing the balls to do strange things?
