| Sept. 24, 2012 taits Men's 65 4038 posts | Not sure about 'Evoshield' part, but SSUSA have advertised a 'General' glove. 1st ad I saw had them at 169. Same ad a week later, they were 179. Was likely in a bulk mailing about the Vegas event. Doubt I kept them in my in box. but might be on home page here. |

| Sept. 24, 2012 Q19 Men's 50 44 posts | I just got the 13" one a couple of weeks ago. Haven't done the oil & oven break-in method yet. Price went up $10 because they are using a newer leather. I'll be using it when I pitch. |
| Sept. 25, 2012 Gary19 Men's 50 2622 posts | Q19, a serious word of advice. Never, never, NEVER put a glove in the oven!!!! How many leather objects would you ever do that to? A glove should be no different. A little oil or conditioner, and a lot of catch, is still the best way to break in a glove. Nothing has really changed in that regard over the last umpteen years. As with many things in life, there just are no shortcuts. |
