Watched the BC Marauders double dip a very good Indiana Legend team. Six games on the last day in 95 plus degree heat, using very few courtesy runners. BC is very well organized and were there on a mission. I learned a few things in watching them. Great guys and players.
Congrats!

Thanks to all of you for the kind words.

I think we caught a very good Indiana Legends a little flat in the finals. It was obvious to all of us that they can play a much better game & we were expecting them to explode at any time.

The “ROCK” ball was a pleasure to hit and no doubt helped us. Would love to play with that ball all the time as it stayed hard in 100 degree heat…nice! Playing at BLD on Sunday was a truly fun experience. I love the sound of the ball hitting the green monster.

Some of us are in Mesquite right now where we will mix with players from other parts of the US & Canada to play in the Mesquite Senior Games this weekend and then Monday, will start play in the Huntsman Worlds Senior Games.

My hat’s off to SSUSA for being able to pull off a tournament of this size. I know things got stressful scheduling wise…sorry about stretching things out through the “IF” game but a very good GUSTO team made us do it.

It went without saying that we would play our nemesis from Seattle in the tournament. Thirty eight teams and we still wind up playing Aro Glass Clubbers…LOL
