SPA AAA-AA Plano
Congratulations to a well run SPA Championship in Plano this past weekend. In spite of 106 degree temp\'s. and dry fields, the contest was well organized and executed by caring people. The 50+AAA division was won by Coors Light (MO), 2- Oxford Graphics (ARK), 3- Indiana Classics (IND),
4- Team Houston (TX) (I think), 5- Kayson\'s Grille (GA).
There were ten very good teams in this bracket. My only additional comment is that some teams apparently had players who seemed to be major type level .
And, is there any chance we could have this National in a cooler climate? Many thanks to all the water boys & girls !!
What were the other results??

I hope SPA will move this National back to September. Worse time of the year to play a National. The weather will affect players and the infields are rock hard. Plus all the wives and others have to sit through the high temps. Lets get back to Septtember.

I think SSWC moved into the dates when SPA had been having its tournament. When the SSWC tournament was in Vegas and Phoenix it was in October. This year it's in September.

Actually, October would have been a great time of year to have a tournament here (in Texas).
