Safely increasing your Testosterone Levels
There has been a lot of discussion about that on this and other boards. Thought I would share a new product I found out about that's safe and effective. Alan Tanner from Team 1 Sports recently announced his development of a totally natural vitamin and herb supplement that enhances
Testosterone Levels, increases blood flow which will help in several different ways (!), and also has an amino acid complex that will actually aid in recovering from hard workouts or prolonged physical activity. (tournament play)
I corresponded with him about it and by naturally increasing your levels it will help to increase libido, athletic potential, energy and mood levels, performance in the bedroom and on the field, and help us to recover from exercise. It was designed specifically for men who generally slow down starting around 35 or so. His email is tricoach18@att.net if you want to get ahold of him. I found him an excellent information source about nutrition and senior bats.
Happy New Year!

Talk under the bleachers is the SF league guys all swear to swallowing as much salty "pickle juice" as possible for their testosterone intake.

Maybe Swing can enlighten us.

Who know...maybe this is just lip service????

I have been in discussion with a number of people on this subject. Don't let nobody fool you. You are not going to get your libido back, and have the same results with natural vitamins and herbs. It just doesn't work that way. You want to give your money away that is your business. Go sell that on his website. Or you can go under the bleachers with Tim. I am sure someone will come out happy....

Guys are you really serious? if you are, I’ve got some beachfront property for sale in Compton, why don’t you just donate to me instead of putting this CRAP in your body…Seems like everyday someone comes out with the latest greatest pill that will make us feel 30 again….Look we all are aging, Nature will take it’s course, weather you take this CRAP or not Were all going to die! Why enhance the process bye taking this stuff, you’re only fooling yourself……But if you really thinks it works for you, then so be it..Your belief is your reality!!!! But when they find tumors, Blood clogs & other stuff clogged up in your body, don’t ask yourself, HOW DID I GET THAT! Because I think you would already have that answer!!!! The best thing for the body is WATER WATER WATER, flushing & sweating & exercise. Try it, your dick might even stay hard!
Sorry for the outburst, but I've had too many people in my life die from prolonged use of Crap like this & not knowing the long terms effect!

Actually using a natural supplement is quite different than putting a synthetic chemical in your body. When you use synthetic testosterone , you are actually putting a synthetic testosterone in your body. When you use a natural product
Like this, you aren't putting anything un natural in your body and you aren't putting actual testosterone in your body. The natural vitamins and herbs stimulate your own system to produce your own natural testosterone back into your system. Additionally, you are not creating such high levels that it becomes a secondary health risk. These are common misconceptions that a lot of people are not aware of. If you study a lot of natural herbs and vitamins they are known to indeed create this. Either way, it's every guys choice as we grow older to try and stay healthier. This is just one option that can help.

Some years ago I was introduced to a healthier way of life, eating by a nutritionist friend. He calls it "The One Food Diet" Now let me explain it to you.
Fish is one food as well as chicken, turkey, red meat & pork.
All the fresh vegetables are also one food groups.
NOTHING PROCESSED.
A typical..lets say Monday night meal would include a portion of baked white meat chicken, a baked potato and steamed green vegetable of your choice. Green beans, Broccoli, spinach, carrots even a little pasta make for a great addition to the veges group with any meal. (learn to balance everything)

It's like eating pre 1960's. Like our grandparents ate. Back then our grand parents would go to the market daily and pick from everything fresh for meal time. Combining one from each of the food groups. That's how it was back then, everything fell into "One Food Groups". All the spices are OK, just watch the salt. ( I don't shake, pepper I do, not salt")
you can be creative with how you cook or prepare your meals. Just keep away from all things processed.

Eat well, live longer

Once you eliminate all the "Chemicals" found in everything processed foods...and then some, you will feel like your young again...and your wife or GF will also notice the difference if you know what I mean. Try it for two weeks. It's easy to shop for and simple to prepare everything from "One food groups" Food/eating is a business for the makers of food products. They put more money into the design of packaging than the content inside besides the chemicals. I developed a saying once I started eating healthier, one food groups. "I'm not eating someones science project" You, your family shouldn't either! By the way, butter, eggs even most cheeses fall into the one food group. I'll say it again, nothing processed!

Zinc is very important for the production of natural testosterone. Foods high in Zinc include oysters (a natural aphrodisiac), liver, seafood, poultry, nuts & seeds...It's all one food groups. Or you can supplement with at least 50-to-100mg of Zinc daily. Research has shown that men who ate diets rich in healthy fats like monounsaturated fats & Omega-3 fats had the highest testosterone levels.

So yes it's all about eating healthy. You know the old saying, "You are what you eat"

Just read today that statin drugs (lipitor, simvastatin, provachol, etc.) all lower testosterone and can thereby adversely affect libido, form man boobs, etc.
Note: I have a general bias against statin drugs.

This is the article I read:
