LOSS OF ANOTHER GREAT PLAYER OF THE TURN TWO SOFTBALL TEAM
Iím sorry to have to inform everyone that Sammy Pearson passed today. He had a heart attack while playing basketball. Michael, his son said that it may be a day or two before they make any arrangements. When I receive any information, Iíll pass it along. Please pass this on to those that Iíve missed.

Not only was Sam a great ball player, he was an even better man and will be sorely missed Our prayers are with Sammy's family and friends

This comes as a shock to me. Sammy was a great player and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.

Sammy will be missed. He was a great guy as well as ball player. I have known him for about 15 years and never did I hear him speak badly about anybody.prayers for him and his family. Thanks Harry

I'm really sorry to hear of Sam's passing. This is a shock. He was a guy that always seemed to be in excellent condition and one that played outfield 3-4 games per day... not to mention that he always seemed to be on base.
My thoughts & prayers are with Sam's family and friends.
