Discussion: hip replacement

I have a friend of mine who had hip replacement in January and four weeks later he was able to start running again. By July, he was competing in State games for the Senior Olympics and won 2 golds and 2 silver medals in sprint competition. I will point out that he was in great shape physically before and up to the day of his surgery. The results have been impressive thus far.

Discussion: Combat Centenarian Senior Softball Bat. Fully Loaded - durability?

After having broken 3 Miken Ultra's this season I decided to give the Centenarian a try. The Centenarian is not as hot initially, but as GaCMan states, it really opens up around 300 swings. Mine has around 600 cuts on it and IMO it is at least as hot as any of the Miken's. Several others that I play with have similar results.
