| Jan. 11, 2012 Easy E | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Rotator Cuff Advice Larry, I had the same problem that you had but I didn't get any treatment and tried to be careful for about a year. I went back to mr Dr. this past Oct. to set up for the surgery. I got my surgery on Dec 22nd. I would advise you not to wait because you can have more damage there than the MRI shows. In my case it showed just the small tear in one tendon, but after he got in there my rotator had pushed into my labrum and it was frayed. I'm glad now that I got the surgery, but I won't start anr thearpy until Feb. I'm only 56yrs so I hope that I'll be back without any problems. Good luck with your decision because it's yours to make. | Oct. 10, 2011 Easy E | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Paul Smit- Team DoublePlay Classic Just wanted to send a word of encouragement out to one of the best Team Managers in Sr Softball Paul Smit who runs the DoublePlay Classic 55's M+ team. Paul won't be playing next week in Phoenix due to a softball mishap last week.Paul tore up both of his ankles in a league game. They are swollen to the point that the Dr can't tell if they are broken or not. DoublePlay will be in Phoenix and Paul will be there to support us maybe. Keep him in your prayers for a full recovery. SSUSA has decided to give us a credit towards our next " Championship" Tournament because of the mess that we had this past weekend.This was a message that was sent out on yesterday from our CEO Anna Smit of the DoublePlay Classic 55 team. So SSUSA did offer a refund to the teams that didn't win. I live in San diego and yes it's rare that we get rained out, but it happens.See you in ST George. Easy E #42 |
