Hey check out the Pichers Mask made by Worth. It's light weight plus durable. I use it to pitch against the young guys in a league that I play in.

Discussion: Please send you thoughts and prayers... for the RUDY FLORES FAMILY...

This is from the DoublePlay Softball Team Family. Rudy was an original member of the DoublePlay Team. Those of us that played with him will truly miss his great smile and his softball passion. You can shed tears that he is gone, or you can smile because he lived. You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back, or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left. You can remember him and only that he is gone, or you can cherish his memory and let it live on. To the family, you will be in our thoughts and prayers and if you need us just call. DoublePlay/Monarch Softball family.

Discussion: Rotator Cuff Advice

Larry,
I had the same problem that you had but I didn't get any treatment and tried to be careful for about a year. I went back to mr Dr. this past Oct. to set up for the surgery. I got my surgery on Dec 22nd. I would advise you not to wait because you can have more damage there than the MRI shows. In my case it showed just the small tear in one tendon, but after he got in there my rotator had pushed into my labrum and it was frayed. I'm glad now that I got the surgery, but I won't start anr thearpy until Feb. I'm only 56yrs so I hope that I'll be back without any problems. Good luck with your decision because it's yours to make.

Discussion: Paul Smit- Team DoublePlay Classic

Just wanted to send a word of encouragement out to one of the best Team Managers in Sr Softball Paul Smit who runs the DoublePlay Classic 55's M+ team. Paul won't be playing next week in Phoenix due to a softball mishap last week.Paul tore up both of his ankles in a league game. They are swollen to the point that the Dr can't tell if they are broken or not. DoublePlay will be in Phoenix and Paul will be there to support us maybe. Keep him in your prayers for a full recovery. Paul you are "The Best"

Discussion: TOP GUN A TOP SHELF MESS

FYI

Just so that you know ... SSUSA has decided to give us a credit towards our next " Championship" Tournament because of the mess that we had this past weekend. This was a message that was sent out on yesterday from our CEO Anna Smit of the DoublePlay Classic 55 team. So SSUSA did offer a refund to the teams that didn't win. I live in San diego and yes it's rare that we get rained out, but it happens.See you in ST George.

Mike,
You shouldn't have told him that I said some good things about him. I just told him on today that his bats would be out this week and he told me he got them today. Now that's service. Underwood will be calling you because I won't let him swing mine :) Thanks again. Easy E. DoublePlay 55's.

Ron, as I told you on yesterday my prayers will continue to go out to the Washington family and to your team. I know what you guys are going through as it wasn't that long ago for our team. As Shorty said we can be real proud of our Sr Softball Family when tragdey hits us. We may battle out there on the field, but we know how to come together when need be. Be Blessed!!

Discussion: DoublePlay Riverside Tournament

I just wanted to send out a big thank you to the teams that came out to support our Tournament in Riverside this past Sat. We had to deal with the extra hot weather, but overall the day went very smooth. To Anna & Paul Smit and the rest of the people who helped out during the day, you did a fantastic job. Can't wait until we do it again. Eric Overstreet #21 DoublePlay Softball Club.
