Wayne you proved my point. You are obviously misinformed about Darren Wilson. Just believe what the media wants you to believe. I personally know Ferguson Missouri cops so once again you are misinformed.

I said not all cops make good decisions but it is a fraction of what people like you believe due to media and Obama statements.

I don't really like donuts either and have about 8% body fat. Cops aren't allowed to take steroids or speed as your stated conspiracy theories. They drug test routinely and would be fired.

I have worked with some very good women police officers who were capable of doing the job. So my statement of having balls was wrong I should have said guts. So basically you didn't have the GUTS to join the military or law enforcement. You are obviously weak because your friends made up your mind for you.

I encourage you to go to your local police department and sign up for the citizens academy. You will get to do the Firearms simulator scenarios. I guarantee you will fail either shooting an unarmed person or getting shot and killed yourself. It's obvious you will fail making split second decisions because you are such a good Monday morning quarterback.

lastly I have always been accountable for my actions and so have every other police officer. If we make the wrong split second decision we pay the price and probably more because of misinformed people like you. Wouldn't trade my 30 years despite the bullet hole, stab wounds, medical issues and PTSD I suffer from, because then people like you wouldn't be able to call me names and feel good about themselves.

Take care brother.

Hey Wayne a couple of things:

You probably shouldn't believe everything the Media and Obama tell you. Both lie very often. Get all the facts straight before you pop off.

More white criminals have been killed by cops than black criminals.
It's called voluntary compliance and if you don't want to give it and you are a threat actions happened. Are there some instances where cops are wrong, of course, but a lot less than the media and Obama want you to believe.

Lastly if America is so bad move to Iraq and see how that works for ya... You and Kaepernick can be roommates.

Sorry you couldn't pass the test to get into the military or law enforcement but there is a small percentage of people who have the balls to do those jobs.

Go back to your office job and get your Hillary early ballot filled out and you will be okay.

Chill Wayne. I was merely advising people that kaepernicks adoptive parents were white because him playing the race card is wrong. I could care less what color a person is but find another way to express yourself rather than disrespect the flag, cops and the national anthem.

His outright statement about police officers is totally unintelligent and shows he just promotes racism.

Keep your dollar I have a good retirement for 30 years of protecting respectful Americans so they could feel safe living in the United States of America.

DC, What a POS kaepernick is. He sounds so unintelligent when he tries to explain why he wants to disrespect the national anthem and flag.

I'm amazed on how he plays quarterback and reads defenses when he is so uneducated. But then again, he is probably going to be the backup. I'm betting my retirement salary he couldn't pass a FATS simulator.

I'll bet his adoptive white parents are so proud................

Discussion: Getting released from a team you don't want to play for any longer

I usually defend SSUSA but not on this one and I agree with Grayhitter.

SSUSA's comment that Adults should be able to work things out couldn't be more wrong in today's society. It may have worked long ago and here is why:

Long ago if the manager wouldn't release you and was being vindictive you simply drove over to his house and kicked his ass. If he didn't release you after that, then you went back the next day and whopped his ass again and again until he complied. Fighting sure cured a lot of adult problems back in the day.

Unfortunately we now live in a kinder, gentler, softer, political correct, I will sue you society. So therefore, adults can act like 10 year old girls and be protected.

If the player asks to be released then send the manager an email stating if he doesn't release him the manager will be suspended.

Grayhitter if you don't get released pretend it's 1985 and handle accordingly. When you are arrested, do not answer questions and insist on a lawyer. Misdemeanor arrests aren't that big a deal.

Discussion: Little League World Series

My son and my nephew were on the Chandler, Arizona team in 2001 that played at the LLWS. That team was essentially my travel team and was coached by my brother who was on the Pittsburgh Pirates DL that year and my travel team assistant coach.

The umpiring then was bad too. I get that the umpires are volunteers but most of them are caught up in the hype of television or some want their 15 mins. of fame and think the game is all about them.

Coaches and players don't complain because they are threatened by Little League management because of little league reputation and television.

My complaint is if you suck at umpiring then why volunteer? I suck at snow skiing so I don't ski.
If you are going to umpire at the LLWS at least be good at it. The games are pretty important.

When a catcher catches a ball in the opposite batters box it's not a strike....

So I will agree with Dave LLWS gets what they pay for.......

Nobody blew him up with negativity. We simply said identify the director and identify yourself.

Silent witness is for criminal acts doesn't pertain here. Whistleblowers ultimately have to identify the person and they themselves are identified.

How do you expect to validate a complaint when the person complaining doesn't identify the director or himself?

If you are to scared to name people or sign your complaint it's simple:

DON"T COMPLAIN..............

And since you are now a lawyer I'm 100% positive there is zero liability for SSUSA based on an anonymous complaint on a message board.

Very well put Mike but unfortunately there are very few of us left like that.

Hitemdeep. You may very well have a legitimate complaint but if you call a guy out at least say his name so he can defend himself and put your name to your complaint. Otherwise do you really think anyone on here is going to take you seriously? You're basically complaining, but afraid to sign your name or name the director. I don't think anyone expects SSUSA to address anything without that information.

So I'm thinking the "Anonymous Keyboard Courage Brigade title is appropriate. Therefore, change your posting title to: AKCB......

Mulewhipper I'm just stirring the pot and trying to get more major plus teams. Look forward to playing more local major plus teams, and especially when your team is playing well.

Good luck.
And yes I now know you aren't scared...hahahaha

EP1964, I am guessing you are referring to Nor Cal Warriors. I talked to a few of their players at Reno who fully expected to be bumped to Major Plus because these players admitted they were playing pretty well this year.

We (Sommerville) expected to play them next weekend in Sacramento based on their Reno tournament win, and see that they are still major not major plus. I'm a little surprised based on their own team players saying they were playing well. Major plus needs more teams.

If their manager is scared to play major plus then get a dog.........

I'll vouch for this guy. Vic would be a good pickup for any team.

Vic welcome to senior softball, but just like ps.com we have rules.
You must at least play in one senior tournament before posting your opinions on the message board ie. about provided bats. hahahaha

be safe brother.

Dave good response.

Let me throw this out. I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY NOT SSUSA.

I make the decision to show up and play no matter if it's 120 degrees or 30 degrees. I am responsible for me. I know my body my health issues and my limitations. I don't need your organization to tell me when and if I should play. I bring my own water and I do what I have to do to be prepared to play in any conditions.

I would never hold your organization responsible for me.......

When it's 130 plus degrees in Iraq I wonder if our soldiers complain or question the military for their health?

just sayin.............

Freddie

Get a hold of a guy named GATOR out of Fountain Valley Miles square park. There is a Thursday night 50+ league.

Gator's team consistently comes in 2nd place so I'm sure they could use the help.

Discussion: Pay to play a quality tournament

I spoke to the USSSA senior director in Arizona and we will be working on providing a few good tournaments for seniors at good parks in Arizona.

Not trying to take away from SSUSA but just provide a respectable service with good balls, and a set of rules to be strictly followed.
And if we don't like you we will still let you play.

Joncon even though you drank the (seifman) Kool-Aid you can still play in our tournaments. hahaha
