Only need for L shaped is for overhand pitching plus you run the risk of walking into the area that's not covered and getting beaned. My two cents |

We played with the option to use the screen at the villages tournament, some did some chose not to. I didn't mind it only complaint was when playing the outfield you needed to adjust some to see the batter. Definitely saved some pitchers though. |

But that Miken was smoking hot while it lasted but never made it to the field. |

Off season well for Sr ball really isn't much of an off season anyway. I would suggest some type of crossfit regimen you can still Lift as heavy as you want and can maintain flexibility. Summer time I tend to cut back on heavy weight and opt for high reps lower weight just for the beach. |

It protects the heart and the ribs. Very comfortable and you don't realize its even there. |

I never wipe mine off and hit just fine with it, so I suppose its individual preference. |
