| May 24, 2018 Retired Spur 22 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Plantar Fasciitis Pain Rolled the arch of my foot on a frozen water bottle every evening for 1/2 hour and started wearing Sketcher shoes. Got better almost immediately. Worked like a charm and haven't had any problems since. |
