Discussion: ? About the Ultra 2 Advance

Have a new Ultra ll Advanced and love it. Just as good as the Ultra ll. I would not think it would last any longer than the Ultra ll as the MFG process is the same except for the handle. I think you will be very pleased with the Advanced. I have been.

Discussion: Bashbro1’s Personal Evaluation of the NEW Miken Ultra II Advance bat

I have a Miken Ultra ll Advanced and have no problems with it or the handle or the performance. The durability question is still open for discussion as it is brand new. II have had 9 Miken Ultra ll bats and they all broke after about 6 to 9 months of play. I would not think the Advanced would be any better according to the information I have got from Miken. they say the MFG process it the same as the Ultra ll the handle is the only difference.

I did let another person hit two balls with it right out of the wrapper and he hit both of them out of the park. I am personaly very pleased with the new Advanced bat.

Discussion: Ultra II Beyond 2005

Over 6000 hits regarding the Ultra II and the positive percentages of posts are for the Ultra Ii. Is that telling us something? Is anyone listening? That is the bigger question.

There will always be some sort of injuries no matter what equipment we are using. If not batted balls, running or sliding or fences or what ever. We can't avoid every possible injury. It is unfortunate but injuries do occur. The sentiment is that the highest percentage of players would like to keep the Ultra II. I am in favor of keeping the Ultra II.

It is the number one choice of bats for all the senior players. I agree. Let's keep what the players want to use, the Miken II
