Discussion: WORLDS AND NEW 4 DAY FORMAT

I couldn't agree more. My team is expecting to compete at the 50 AA level. Typically this level draws 12-18 teams, to stretch it out over 4 days is simply ridiculous.

Discussion: Vegas/new session/travel mess?

Here's one. All-In 50 AAA (finished 0-5) had 4 guys scheduled to arrive in Las Vegas @ 8:45 AM Monday (plenty of time to make a 10:30 start). When our flight was cancelled, we immediately rebooked a flight to LA & a connecting flight Las Vegas. When that flight was cancelled we rebooked to fly-out Saturday, when that flight was cancelled, our team had already been eliminated. Oh yeah, our bags miraculously made it Vegas, so we to had make a third trip to the airport to pick them up. All-In competed in every game with just 9 players.

Something needs to be done to jump start this division! Looks like the same teams that participated in 2012 & 2013. Only 1 new team this year (MN Lumberjacks), 2 teams moved up to AAA (All-In/Blue Chips & Hawaiians). The Las Vegas tournament participation rate (21%)is pretty similar to the rest of the 50's Men's division.
