i beleive you can add three players. played there a few years ago was not on the original roster but got added day tourny started. i think that was 08 so may have changed since then. with not so many teams as there was then i would think they would not change.

taits wanted to add if you have not tried it yet i have an Inversion table that has helped me a little more than a chiro has, maybe because i use it twice a day but it has helped me get through the last month and a half with the aid of some "good vitamins". good luck.rjd

appreciate the response. i know it is a tough decision but have had the epidurals also the first one lasted about seven months the second about a month and the third about two weeks. the pain is just controlling my life and i am not in a rush to become a couch potato where i have been way too much lately. as far as side to side range i don't have that now with the situation. i do a lot of lifting at work and have been beating up my body for quite sometime. screwed my knee up playing hoops had to give that up about ten years ago which led to knee replacement. but this is first year in long time i have only played for one team and no tournies, now i have too much time to work on my honey do list. as long as i can swing i know there a lot of teams always looking for catchers!
