Discussion: THANKS TO ALL

AFTER RETURNING FROM DALTON THIS PASS WEEKEND I RECEIVED A TERRIBLE CALL THAT MY SON HAD GONE FISHING IN THE ALTANTIC IN A 14 FOOT BOAT 9 (NOT SMART) GOT CAUGHT IN A BAD STORM AND WAS LOST AT SEA FOR 49 HOURS. THE SUPPORT I GOT FROM OUR SOFTBALL FAMILY THAT KNEW ABOUT THIS WAS UNBELIEVABLE TO SAY THE LEAST I JUST WANT TO THANK EVERYBODY SO MUCH. THE HAPPY ENDING CAME 1:30 TUESDAY AFTERNOON AS THAT HE WAS RESUED BY A TURKEST FRIEGHTER 65 MILES OFF SHORE JACKSONVILLE 190 MILES FROM WHERE THEY WENT IN IN FORT PIERCE.
AGAIN THANK YOU ALL
BOB FAULKNER

Discussion: Where to appeal?

This started with a simple question but as usual there is a certain person who simply seems to know everything about everything. The fact of the matter is we have been a major them for the last two years we did by no means dominate at all we were a .500 to .550 team who got hot one weekend in Tulsa. there are no major-plus teams here in Florida (Estes and Deerfield are in the same boat we are and decided not to play)so we are still playing the same teams that we always played in 50 major but now we have to spot them 5 runs or an extra player and our games do not count .So we can't even play in the real tournament. If you check the scores you will see we lost 4 out of five two were to 50 major where we should be one to a 55 major plus who I think will agree with me belong in 55 major and to a very good (and classy) 60 Major Plus team.

I live an play monthly in Florida The Winter Haven Complex and the Auburndale complex are only 15 minutes apart and there are no hotels near the auburndale so I would just go ahead and book in Winter Haven.

Discussion: Doctored Bat in Seattle?

Now having said that that if and only after the tests comes back and the bat has been altered then stern measures should be taken but in America you are innocent until proven guilty
