As an Umpire, I Disagree (but Not Totally) with Reggie4's. 10' is 10' and 12' is 12'. You choose 10' merely to cut down on the Flack. However, the 12' Rule is in place and should be enforced in SSUSA! As a Hitter, I Prefer 10'. As a Pitcher, I Prefer 12' (ala Mr. Nick). As much as I'd like to, I can't have it both ways. So by SSUSA Rule Reggie4's, you should be enforcing 12' until SSUSA decides to change the Rule to 10' (IMHO)! STOOOPID BATS & BALLS ARE HERE TO STAY ! ! !
