No need to Worry Turbo34, we Pitchers are Safe now. If you haven't heard the news, we are required to wear a Mask now. Feel Free to Pin the Tail on The Donkey, as the Flood Gates are now Open ! ! !

Discussion: Why Not Have A Players Committee Of Real Players To Over See The Rules

If you haven't noticed, Major & Major Plus is already combined every weekend we play with the exception of the World Tournament. The Bonus for Major Plus; Spotting Runs or 11th Defensive Player, and now DBO's . . .

As a Pitcher I like the DBO Rule. My Issues are the Rock Ball and having to wear a Mask. My stance on Senior Bats remains unchanged . . . SENIOR BATS ARE STOOOPID ! ! !

Discussion: players please respond to rule changes

Sounds like a Parent/Child Discussion, with the answer being, Because I said so ! ! !

There are many Valid Points being discussed, but as a Pitcher, my Perspective is a bit different. Oh yeah, I Umpire too . . .

1) SENIOR BATS ARE STOOOPID!
2) The Rock Ball is Ridiculous!
3) Resolution for 1 & 2, Wear a Mask!?

Mango's Key Point is spot-on, All Games are on Time Limit with the Exception of Championship Games . . .

Bat Technology will continue, but the Trump Stote seems to be the Nation Wide Equalizer. We only use the ROCK at World because that is/was the LVSSA Ball of Choice. MLB uses one ball, and the Obvious Solution is to use the Trump Stote all year long, Nation Wide in SSUSA (IMHO) ! ! !

Discussion: New rule

I've been Pitching for many years, mainly U-Trip. I've been Blind in one eye since I was 12 and have had to adapt to various conditions in my short life (Sports, Driving, etc.). I was Drilled in the Head back in 2002 by the Original Gray Miken Ultra. I was "That Guy" responsible for "That Bat" getting Banned! It did not Deter me from Pitching, but it has definitely made me Gun-Shy. Everyone pretty much knows where I stand regarding today's Bat Technology, and especially . . . SENIOR BATS ARE STOOOPID ! ! !

Back to when I got Drilled, I did try a Helmet. I did not like the Helmet because it was too Floppy! I bought the Combat FaceOff Mask 2 years ago, tried it, but I don't like it either. This is an Awesome Mask, but it's actually a Hinderance (for me) and I'm definitely Not Comfortable being More Blind by wearing this Mask! I Obviously believe in Safety First, but we all know that living in such an Ego-Driven World that there is No Turning Back on Bat & Ball Technology! Everybody Digs the Long Ball . . . Not just the Chicks! Therefore, it appears I will be Forced from Pitching which I'm sure will make many Happy since I'm such an @$$ when I do get to Pitch (LOL) ! ! !

Several years ago I was diagnosed with Low-T, and my Doctor prescribed a very low dose of the original AndroGel. I tried it for approximately six (6) months, but didn't realize any benefits and was apprehensive about the side effects. I discontinued because I just didn't feel comfortable, but have tried several other supplements with my Doctors advise as well, but still no real Benefits.

Alan and I played ball many years ago, so I knew he was an avid Iron-Man Enthusiast. Knowing this, I thought I'd give his product a try and have been taking Performance Formula for several months now and believe I have Benefited from this supplement. The main things I've noticed is, overall blood circulation (especially in my legs), and have also noticed that my body seems to recover more quickly from Weekend Tournaments.

I try to eat right, have cut back on my beer intake, and I'm s-l-o-w-l-y getting back into a somewhat regular exercise routine in Hopes of getting back into Better Game Shape! I'm Very Happy with Performance Formula, so I bought a Case from Alan should anyone in Phoenix, AZ need a bottle or two!?

Thanks Alan,

To Dispel any Rumor and/or Innuendo, my Good Friend Dan “Rev” Arevalos has assured me the GSC P413 is Legal for Senior Play. SSUSA has provided GSC with Special “Senior Softball-USA” Stickers, which allows GSC a bit of Latitude until the GSC P413 goes into Full Production Mode. Thanks for the Confirmation Dan (before the 1st Pitch). Have Fun, Be Safe, and Good Luck to All Teams ! ! !

My Understanding is the GSC P-413 is still Not Legal for Senior Play if it doesn't have the Official Senior Softball-USA Stamp, as well as the 1.20 or 1.21 BPF Rating Stamp. Any Bat including the GSC Bat with a Decal or Label are Invalid and would be considered a Prototype, and therefore can only be used for Demo Purposes. There is still time to Verify, so somebody needs to get this Confirmed before the 1st Pitch. Have Fun, Be Safe, and Good Luck to All Teams ! ! !
