Congrats to Escobar Body Shop! Great competitors who never lost sight of the prize. They pulled off several one run victories, we were one of them, which showed heart. Congrats to Danny and his entire team!

Tony, sorry for the delayed response. Billy White was our player that came over to inform you guys about the accident. I glad to hear that everything turned out ok for those involved. I'd like to think that any player at this level would have done the same, I think they would. Take care and see you guys next year.

Overall what a great tournament. The staff did an outstanding job throughout the entire weekend. Were there some mistakes made, absolutely. Considering the amount of teams, games, locations, and staff, be proud of pulling off one hell of an outstanding job!!!

I'm one of the coaches and I haven't received any email verifying Keith cancelled this Weekend's tournament in Georgetown. Can we get confirmation? Thanks

Couldn't agree with you more. Your point about the cost for travel and entry is not small amount. In today's age of computers, I don't understand how they can't establish a real time bracket and with an official at each of the venues, a immediate posting of brackets would save teams time from the constant hurry up and wait. The other issue I heard constant complaints about was too often, one ump per game. Trust me, we all understand how hard it is to have so many venues going at once along with the corralling of the moving parts. But at these cost, two officials per game in this prestigious tournament should be a given. With other competitors seeking to grab a piece of the pie, it's the little things like this that will keep SSUSA above them.

Where's Big Horn Park located in Vegas? I didn't see it on the listing.

Tommy,

You ever play base or AF level softball? I coach a team in San Antonio. All members comprised of active and retired AF softball players.
