Discussion: Rotator cuff

JTW12, I also had rotator cuff surgery in August of 2004. I had a complete tear on my throwing arm. It was not until April of the next year when I could start throwing again. It took almost one year before I got full strenght back in my arm. I also started rehab approximately 6 weeks after my surgery. It was very difficult but necessary. My arm feels fine now and I'm playing regularly. Good luck with your recovery.

Discussion: Bat Bags/might have found a good option

Pete, you have convinced me to try the Worth Copack. It seems each year my bag has increased in size, which has now become unmanageable.
I noticed that you play in a Thurs morning league. I live in the Walnut Creek area and I'm looking for a Senior league. Any information you may have would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Nick

Einstein, since you play in the Bay Area/Northern Calif, if you know of any senior teams looking for an infielder (preferably second base), let me know. I'm currently playing league (Concord) and tournaments with the young guys but I would like to hook up with a seniors team.
I heard you were pitching a nasty knuckle ball at the Antioch tourament.
Thanks

Einstein, did you use the Rip-it Elite bat at the Worth Tournament in Antioch on 5/12/07? I watched one of your games and saw the ball flying. I was also playing (Bad Seed) in the tournament and was hoping to play agaisnt your team (H&H Brake). I believe we were the only two seniors playing in the tournament.

Are you having a try-out for your 50's team? I'm 53 years old and looking for a senior team. I currently play league in Concord, CA. I also play tournaments (USSSA) with younger guys. My primary position is second base. I'm a line drive hitter with above average speed.

Mad Dog thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, next weekend I'm playing in a tournament in South Lake Tahoe. Are there any other senior tourneys scheduled for Willow Pass Park? Good luck in the tourney. Nick.
