What worked for me was going to a professional who dealt with this stuff. In my area Sacramento Ca, there is a place called the good feet store ( one of many ). They took all the measurements and I got some REALLY good inserts. I use only them when I play but I also made sure that any other shoe has a good heal support. Some of the new BB/athletic shoes have no cushion for your heals. |
