Discussion: Dudley Lighting

I have two Dudleys a 12" and a 13" E/L. Keep hitting and it will open up around 150-200. The sound off the bat will change. My 12" has a little more handle flex than 13" but they are real nice bats if you take the time to break them in. I also have a Miken Big cat and a Miken Maxload. It took awhile for them open up but once they did the ball flys off them. My feelings that the Dudleys will do the same

Discussion: Anyone find relief for piriformis syndrome?

Bogie I had the same problem a year ago. I did not play for 7 weeks. I went to physical therapy. Lots of motrin and ICE and lots of walking and stretching. The hardest thing to do was not to play but I am glad that I did.I still have a glute problem when I play to much but I know how to deal with it now.I think this is something that will always be there. I think the best thing to do if possible is to rest and lots of ICE. Hope this helps

Discussion: Asa bats

With those 52-300 compression balls the best ASA bat is the Miken Triad Extreme. The bat will be more durable hitting those balls than the 375 compression ball.Alot of pop from this bat. After talking with Miken I am waiting for the Miken Physco maxload to use with the 375 balls. The triads are built for the 300 balls. Awesome bat

Discussion: bats and cold weather

Easton makes a bat sleeve so it will keep the bats insulated from the cold. I am not to worried about the heat but my garage can get cold. These sleeves zip on and cost about 9 dollars. If they save one bat they have done there job

I have a 27oz and a 28oz Ultra white 2-piece that I love to hit with. Bigger sweetspot than the others.

I am not sure where you live in lincoln but we can get you all the information you need to play in this area. There is a lot of slowpitch experience here. whitey58
