Discussion: Heart of Texas Qualifier

In an effort to answer DoubleL10's question let me say that my team wasn't notified until May 19 that we would be playing the mourning of May 21. We were told that we would be playing rain or shine, so I drove the 250 miles from my home to Georgetown on Wed. afternoon and spent the night in a motel. I woke up Thur. mourning to the news that the tournament was canceled! Now it has been rescheduled for back to back weeks with College Station. The answer to your question is absolutely no one is running the tournaments in Texas. Texas members of SSUSA deserve much better than this.

Discussion: looking for a 65 or 70 + travel team

Our 65 AAA travel team CC Storm folded last week so I m looking for a new travel team. I live in Corpus Christi, Tx but I'm able to travel. Normally play third or second but can play outfield.

Call John Sutton at 361 946-0956.

I have been playing 60 & 65 triple A ball out of Corpus Christi, TX for the last several years but I'm ready to move up to a 70 and over team. Normally play 3'rd but can also play outfield.
Willing to travel.
