Can I get a ruling from staff on this,runner on first one out,one hopper hit back to the pitcher turns to throw to second for easy dp ball sticks to hand due to tacky bat and pitcher throws the ball into the ground and no dp,are runners safe or ump says its a dp,the other problem could be pitcher having trouble throwing strikes due to tacky ball,he then puts Vaseline on his neck to slick up the ball and gets caught by the umpire,whats the ruling on this does manager and player get a 5 year suspension for altering the ball. |
