I know everyone wants to play and Tournament Officials want to make it happen, but there should be guidelines to start tournaments. I think there needs to be some criteria for Rain% forecast that would cancel the tournament before it starts. We all watch the Weather, 30-40-50-60% forecast - we stay home?
