Discussion: Carrying bat to first base

Funny that someone brought this up. Few years back i did carry my bat to 1st,on a fluke senior play.I thought i was out,our ump had no idea so i was safe. I did research it,since our league falls back to SSUSA rules.NOTHING exsisted, now our league who wants a rule for everything. They put in if you carry our bat over half way to 1st your are out.
Proudly too say that rule of named after me.

Go spend some $$$ and find a original ultra 2 with the ASA sticker on it.I have used 3 for 8 years ,no breaks. They are costly,BUT well worth it.If you want a NIW 28oz let me know

I aggree,I have played in SPA and ISSA tournaments and they are able to enter scores as soon as a game is done.Maybe SSUSA needs to raise there fees to get into this century.

Pretty bad in this time of computers that scores can not be added at each complex as games are getting completed.SPA and ISSA are able to do this.Spa uses a program called "quickscores".At Lee COunty there was a someone there with a laptop. Our team was done on Sat, it would have been nice to be able to see who was left on Sun to go see them.Instead i would have to have driven 45min to check there board. Am i wrong to think we the players who are paying, for all of this.To deserve a whole lot better services. I know this has been stated before,BUT nothing changes.

Question for someone at SSUSA,WHY is the ISA senior worlds a move up tourney.Last 2 year playing 60 AAA we had 4 teams. There are more teams at almost all tourneys we went too. Just don't make sense to have that a move up tourney.Just my thought

Got one of these wonderful bats, after about 200 swings, REALLY, opened up.Problem is i am getting non-removable ball scuffs.I have tried all "old"remidies, but am afraid i will hurt the sticky surface.Any ideas or is anyone else having these problems.

I aggree with jwo, make the the ratings the same.If you get moved up in one group,it should automaticly move you up in ALL.NOT like you have a different team,in the other organization.
