If someone is deemed to be an 'impact' player and attempts to play down one division (example - major down to AAA) the entire AAA team can be made to play major because of that one person. It has happened in the past.

My team played in a tournament here in the KC area a couple of weeks ago when the temperature was in the low 90's. After factoring the humidiy, the heat index was over 100. Yes, the Baden Fire softballs performed very well.....no complaints from anyone on my team.
