| May 1, 2019 NPW#9 | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Playing back to a lower class I've always said the same thing Ozzy the upper team gets a double whammy. It's already hard enough to win giving up 5 runs and then to lose HR makes it even more difficult. I am also good with giving up the 5 runs, but not both. There have been plenty of games where we score the max of 5 runs every inning and by the open inning we are still losing by 4-5 runs and out of home runs. Not much to do but play and deal with it. |

| May 10, 2017 NPW#9 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Senior Softball Tournament Prizes Yes prize packages are weak for the tournaments I've played in the past especially for the amount of money paid for entry fees. Not so worried about trophies, but when players are playing for 2-3 days it would be nice to get a shirt, wind-breaker, or bat bags for wining the tournament. Second place should definitely get at least shirts. *Although we did get nice wind-breakers for winning the VA beach tournament this year, I guess it depends on who is running the tourney.
