I've never played in a fully sanctioned SSUSA Tournament to my knowledge now that I understand this statement. Regardless the original question was never answered.

LOL I can now change my question to if a AA team is 10-0 scoring 18 plus runs a game in a AAA bracket and winning their 2nd SSUSA tournament in a row when do they become AAA? They have become slower due to all the sand!!!
