Discussion: A true senior moment

I recently worked the polls for our state primary. Early in the afternoon there was only one very senior couple in the room preparing their ballots. The lady was struggling with papers in her back pocket. She exclaimed aloud: "I hate these pockets". Her husband responded: "I hate pasta too". Then one of the female staff questioned aloud: "Possum! Where's a possum?"

I teach the senior men's Bible study at our Church on Sunday mornings. Invariably, every class starts with us comparing our aches and pains during the past week. One of our eldest always laughs and declares "Steve, it is all about birthdays!"

I think he is right.
