Discussion: End loaded vs. balanced bats

Our senior league uses Dudley Demolition slow pitch softball bats. We supply end loaded and balanced bats. The end loaded bats are developing a vibration noise when they are dropped, tapped or thrown after the ball is hit in a game. The balanced bats sound solid always. Contacted Dudley customer service and received no guidance or cause as to what’s happening. Players are complaining that the end loads are broken but I have no idea how to confirm that. No warranty on bats so we can’t send a sample back. Dudley says there is no separate end load piece in the bat that may have come loose. Anyone out there with any idea what’s going on?
