I read on another board that Anaconda has the exclusive for 1 year for the senior Combat. Something like that.
From what has been said next year there will be more "senior" bats from other companies.

For $449 you could almost buy a senior Combat and the black rip-it.

Discussion: Rit-it ASA 26oz

I think the $229 you saw is the YELLOW model that was suppose to be the senior model.Model RESR1 that is not approved

The BLACK model is RESR2 and is $299 and is approved for all assoc.

Discussion: Honest Answer - Senior Combat vs Ultra II, which is better?

I agree with what G&R posted. But...the bat will also help.

I have a 27EL and it feels good. I haven't hit it against the U2. Maybe in the next few weeks.
