Baseball: if the runner is in front on the fielder and is hit by the ball whether on the base or not the runner is out. ( when the fielder has a play 3rd baseman or shortstop.. if the second defensive has a play on the ball.) According to SSUSA rules: if the runner is in contact with the base and doesn’t interfere the runner hit with the ball the runner is not out. Am I correct? |
