Are you able to tell us what his happened to his knee? I played for JJ's in the mud mess. And you are being very PC with your statement about conditions. We also drove 7-8 hours to play, but that tournament should not have been played. Every local I spoke with said they had never seen this complex allow games to be played in such "horrific" conditions. Playing ball in infields with 2-3 inches of mud and 3-4 inches of water thru-out the outfields. Says one thing they care more about our money then the players. We won't be back.

Well look who is losing their temper. Why don't you put this bat out for everyone to see. The thing we find funny is how after 2 weeks with no one to confirm your claims this bat suddenly develops a destroyed end cap. Check with your so called owner and ask him who bought the bat. And you will find out it was me. You sir are the LIAR and have proved it time and time again.

Taits, We sent him pictures before we sent the bat to him. And he said after he saw the bat that he would get one for us before Vegas. He also ask us not to tell anyone about how bad the bat blew up. Using the possible answer of bad QC in China. You might ask him to post the pictures ( he won't) of the end cap. The cap looks almost new,not destroyed at all. I'm sorry to all people out there who have endured this P*^%*ng contest. Lesson learned won't deal with man or company ever again.

Well Taits there was a time I would have said that about Kevin. As far as the end cap issue goes, I,ve seen the pictures. And I have bats with caps that look twice as bad as this so called destroyed end cap. Not that we expect you to care but several shipping companies have damage depts. which repair or replace damaged boxes. I say this because there was nothing wrong with the end cap when we put it in the box to come to you. And the price you sold those bats for was worked out with another person not me. The price you sold those bats for was your doing not mine. Paint it however you like you didn't follow thru with promise's you made in either case.

Well did ever occur to you that might have happened during shipment. Or perhaps after it reach AD Star. Because it didn't happen here. And I'm the one who bought the bat. I told Mark I wouldn't deal with you direct after the way you didn't follow thru with the last deal we made. You need to look at your end for where the damage happened because that bat was perfect from end cap to the knob. Except for barrel that was blown apart all the way around. Magical how the bat left here with good end cap and after you guys have for almost 2 weeks it develops destroyed end cap. But don't worry about Kevin we expected nothing less from you. Customer service is something you should look into. After all I only provided you with close to 50 bat sales. Funny how fast you forget those who help you.

The Nightmare we had was just that, A NIGHTMARE. We had a 28oz. bat and with less then 200 swings. Which included the 1st 50 to 75 half swings we told to do. The thing blew up like a can of biscuits on the edge of the stove on a Sunday morning. We sent pictures of the bat to the proper person. And were told we will replace it in time for us to use in Vegas. But after almost 2 weeks we were told that the company claimed the end cap was destroyed. And they wouldn't honor their representative's promise of a quick replacement.

Discussion: Reclassifying Teams

We got bumped to 50's Major+ as well. ( KC Barons) And I don't have a problem with it. This is where we want to be. But my problem is the home run rule. Why do we have to drop back down to the Major home run limit when playing them? We are giving up 5 runs and giving back home runs. Why not give the lower ranked team the choice, play us even up at there rules. Or take the runs and we keep our home runs? With there only being 22 Major + teams in the country the chances of running into one before Worlds is not likely here in the Midwest. Or set it up where the lower ranked team can have the 1 extra run per inning if they can earn it. But if they can't score it they don't get it.

Discussion: White Combats

I have a 28oz. white combat with 680 swings on it. And it is the best bat I have ever had. I ordered another from Kevin and it took 3 days for it to show up. Which is really nice when you are going out of town to play. I also took Kevin's advice for breaking the bat in. Which he said would help it last longer and so far it has. I would have broken 2 or 3 Mikens by now. The bat is very end loaded so if you know someone who has one ask to look at it. Because you might want to go lighter. And if you want to know how to break the bat in, contact Kevin.

Discussion: Waivers

I try to stay out of these rants that I see on here about the bat and ball thing. But this getting way out of hand. My team the KC Barons played in the Midwest Championships a couple weeks ago. And the balls they used sat out in the sun in about 93-98 degree temps. all day. They were mush, and everone was saying the same thing. That balls were terrible, not once did I hear anybody say THANK GOD they were like that. For the 5 or 6 guys who get on here and whine about the bats and balls, go play ASA. From what I understand they don't allow these killers bats. By the way the balls were 44-375 Trumps if I remember right.

Discussion: Dalton predictions : Whose yours?

Randy Smith beat us like we stole something. But we just haven't come together as a team at all this year. To many injures and lack of commitment can crush a team. But in a couple of weeks we will be right back at it. Good luck the rest of the year Bruce!

Discussion: Dalton predictions : Whose yours?

The reason we the KC Barons got dropped is because we suck. We got the number 1 seed and then went out showed why we got it. With 2 quick ugly losses. I was wondering if there is any levels below AA? On a side note I hope the pitcher for the Metro Stars is alright. I hit him with a line drive Friday. He said he was OK, but we all know how the next day can be. I am sorry I did not try to hit you and I hope you are doing well.

Discussion: Baden renegade senior bat, Bass Crippler bat

I have been swinging the Crippler for about 2months. I had one at the TOC in Feb. I didn't use it much there. The weather was to cold. But I've been swinging it alot this past month. I think its going to be a pretty good bat. But I'm waiting for Bass to offer a end weighted model. Which Bas claims is being built right now. And should be ready by May.The one I have is a balanced 28oz. model. Right now I about 800 swings on it

Discussion: The Crippler by Bass

I was close I was in the right state. And as far as size's 26 27 28 oz. balanced. And endloaded will be out in about 2 weeks all the same sizes and a 30 EL. The ones we have right know are 13" barrels and balanced. But by the time we get to TULSA we should have the end loaded models. I think Bass is selling them for around 195.00. But e-mail me and I might be able to help out with that. I don't want to get accused of making up something to sell bats. So all I will say is the one I have right now has lasted about 750 swings and is still going strong. But decide for your self. E-mail me and I will try to set up a time for to swing it. We will be in KC then Tulsa then Indy. Plus I will talk with Kevin to find out if he has someone in your part of the country if you will let know where that might be. Because I'm just like you guys I don't want to buy a bat because somebody I've never heard of says it's great. We still have guys on our team who are swinging their Mikens and Combats and they will until the Crippler proves itself to them. But it won't take to long for them to come around.

Discussion: New Bass Senior Bat

I think the bat did a good job. We didn't use it as much as I would have liked to. The weather was just to cold to try out a new bat. We haven't had a chance to use it other then in a batting cage to much. We used it in BP and all the guys seemed to like it.Kevin is still trying to perfect it. But when he gets done with it. Just like the Pinky, he going to have one hell of a bat.

Discussion: TOC - Loyce Harpe Park - Lakeland

I lived there untill last year. The county was putting in a new watering system. And when I left it was about to reopen. They are pretty good fields. Except for the bugs. But at this time of the year it won't be a problem. I was hoping we would play there. But we have to to Auburndale

Discussion: PHEONIX - UNKIND TO SPA CHAMPIONS

Webbie you are welcome. I'm just glad some guys who hadn't seen the Reebok. Got to swing it. And as far as the comment about making one feel good about hitting lasers. The bat being durable is the issue here. I don't think anyone could improve the performance of the U2 or the combats. But making a bat that is that good that last longer then 50 swings is what makes people take notice.
