Discussion: Age Rule

Your statement "The CALENDAR YEAR within which a player achieves a 5-year milestone birthday is the determining factor in his/her age for Senior Softball." Implies that a player, currently playing in the 60 division, can play 65 if he was born in 1943.

Can you clarify this for a player born November 13, 1943. Can he play 65 or not. If not, then the above statement is not valid. Also, take for example, a player born November 11, 1943. if he can play, are you saying that the 2 days difference in ages for the 2 different players gives such an advantage that the player born November 13, 1943 cannot play.
